The walls of Slobozhanshchyna
Our embroidery, deeply rooted in the traditions of rural folk art, is a timeless craft that resonates in our hearts and awakens our inner child. This autumn, we found particular inspiration in the murals of the Slobozhanshchyna region, where art and daily life intertwine in the most beautiful ways.
These murals, crafted with artisanal skill passed down through generations, evoke the dexterity and mastery also reflected in our handmade garments.
In the traditional homes of Slobozhanshchyna, particularly in Luhansk, mural painting was not only an artistic activity but also a functional practice. Local inhabitants, from skilled artisans to ordinary villagers, including children, painted vibrant scenes and motifs directly onto the walls of their homes.
These murals adorned both the interiors and exteriors, transforming the earthen and wooden structures into true canvases of folk art. This tradition echoes in the way we create clothing, where each piece is thoughtfully crafted, drawing inspiration from textile art and craftsmanship. We strive to create beautiful garments that hold meaning.

The murals served multiple purposes: they were a form of expression, a means of beautifying daily life, and often a way to conceal imperfections in the walls, such as cracks that naturally formed over time. The vibrant floral patterns, religious symbols, and scenes from nature were often depicted, with each brushstroke reflecting the community's connection to its environment.

This tradition was accessible to all, without requiring any special training. Children were encouraged to participate, adding their innocent creativity to the collective effort. Their joyful contributions brought a sense of continuity to this practice, ensuring that this unique form of folk art remained alive in the hearts of the people, as well as in the fabric of their homes. This community spirit and authenticity are also present in our creations, where each garment is made with deep respect for traditional techniques and cultural heritage.

Stay tuned and discover our upcoming autumn collection around the equinox, where these inspirations will come to life in new and exciting ways. Our embroideries will not only incorporate the visual elements of these murals but also the community spirit and authenticity that characterize them. Allow yourself to be transported on a journey through time, where traditional craftsmanship meets contemporary aesthetics.
In this quest for preservation and innovation, we hope not only to capture the beauty of this tradition but also to inspire others to rediscover and reinvent their own cultural heritage. The walls of Slobozhanshchyna are no longer just a distant memory; they are reborn in our work, serving as a vibrant reminder of how folk art, much like slow fashion, can still enrich our lives and wardrobes today with timeless pieces.
