Return Policy

 Terms of return:

Due to the small size of our company, we kindly ask you to accept that the return costs due to a change of mind or an incorrect size choice, will not be refunded: our product page provides good fitting information and it’s always best to contact us prior to your order in case of doubt: we are happy to provide quick and free assistance. 

In accordance with Article L121-16 the customer has a period of ten full days from the delivery of their order to return ready-to-wear products, accessories, and jewelry to VORIAGH SAS for exchange or refund, without penalties except for the return costs which will be borne by the customer.

The outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund if the final value of the kept items is below €300, in which case the free shipping offer would become void.

The item must not have been worn and must have the cardboard label attached. Please return the products clean and slightly folded.

If the item has a defect or if there is a packaging error, the return costs will be covered by us and will be reimbursed to you. Please retain proof of payment for your return (receipt with the amount) and send it to us by email at hello@voriagh.com.

1 - Please send an email to hello@voriagh.com with the order number, along with the reasons for your return, so that we can process your request.

2 - Complete the form inside your package and include it in your return.

3 - Arrange for an independent return to the local post office or another tracked service with a tracking number (essential) to the following address.

4 - Send us an email with the tracking number (mandatory) so that we can trace your shipment.

5 - You will be refunded within 10 working days after receipt of your package.

6 - Refusal of a package will result in a flat penalty of €50 deducted from the refund.
