About the website
This site offers products for sale that can be ordered through a distance selling system on the Internet.
By placing an order for a product with VORIAGH SAS on the site and ticking the box "I have read and I accept the general conditions of sale", the customer acknowledges having previously read these general conditions of sale and the accept without restriction. These general terms and conditions of sale, thus accepted, are the only ones applicable and govern all orders placed on the Internet for products offered on the site.
Forming the contract
Orders placed commit the customer upon receipt by our customer service of the order and its payment.
Contract
You declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or hold parental authorization allowing you to place an order on the site.
Objects (designs)
All our designs are legally registered.
Minor differences may be observed between the item as presented in the photos, and the item received.
Order
After placing your order on our site, you will receive an e-mail confirming said order to the provided e-mail address. A second notification by e-mail will be sent to you when your order is sent, through the French Postal service (Colissimo) or DHL. This second email will also contain the tracking number of your shipped order.
Delivery
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged in silk paper and sent as soon as possible. However, if you have an event or any other imperative requiring shorter delivery times, please contact us prior to your order at the following address: hello@voriagh.com
VORIAGH SAS undertakes to make every effort to deliver the order within the maximum time shown in the product sheet, and upon receipt of the order form and payment. Any delays, within the limit of 7 days, do not entitle the buyer to cancel the sale and claim damages. VORIAGH SAS undertakes to notify you by e-mail as soon as possible if there should ever be a problem with the delivery time.
VORIAGH SAS is released from its obligation to deliver for any fortuitous event or force majeure. For information, total or partial strikes, floods, and fires are cases of force majeure. The transfer of ownership of the products delivered or to be delivered is suspended until full payment of the price by the customer.
Any complaint for non-conformity must be transmitted within one week following the date of receipt of the order.
Return and Refunds
You can return the items ordered on Voriagh.com
Under article L121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of ten clear days within the day of the receipt of the order to contact to prepare a return.
The item must not have been worn and shall be returned in its original state with its label.
Due to the small size of Voriagh SAS, if the customer proceeds to a return because of a change of mind, or an incorrectly chosen size, the return costs will not be refunded. The customer arranges the return, after contacting Voriagh SAS, by his/her own means, providing the tracking number of the return.
Voriagh SAS provides reliable and thorough fitting information on every single product page. Moreover, as mentioned in each listing, the customer can always contact Voriagh SAS prior to his/her order by sending an email to hello@voriagh.com, in case of doubt to receive quick and free personal sizing advice.
Only the value of the returned item will be refunded. Refunds will only be made after the confirmed and verified return of the item.
Initial shipping fees cannot be refunded in any case.
The customer shall not start any return without contacting VORIAGH SAS prior.
This works as a precaution for the customer, as well as for the environment, as each return has a carbon footprint and might get lost without thorough tracking.
If the item is faulty or if there was a packaging error, the return costs will be at the expense of VORIAGH SAS and will be refunded to you.
The customer must keep the return receipt, and send it to VORIAGH SAS (as a picture, a scan of the document, or a digital version) by email to hello@voriagh.com in order to claim the refund.
After-Sales Service
Damaged jewelry and clothing can be repaired up to one year after purchase, provided all component parts are collected.
If the repair, especially in the case of jewelry, requires a longer operation or the replacement of component parts, VORIAGH SAS will contact the customer in order to let them know the eventual costs of a repair.
An estimate will then be established with the customer and the repair will be made after acceptance of the estimate by the customer.
Prices
The customer undertakes to pay the selling price in effect at the time of acceptance of the order. The payment of order is payable in advance in one installment when sending the order form to VORIAGH SAS. Payment is made by credit card online on a secure Stripe server which provides customers with several payment methods such as payment by Visa/Mastercard/American Express card, Paypal services, or by payment in installments via Klarna
Personal Data Protection
All the data that you entrust to us is in order to be able to process your orders and will remain confidential. By virtue of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, you have a right to access, consultation, modification, rectification, and deletion of the data you have provided to us.

Voriagh.com collects information about you when creating your customer account: surname, first name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, etc. This data enables us to process your orders. Voriagh.com has a policy of not giving data concerning its customers to third parties. Only our company has access to the information you provide to us.
