VORIAGH SAS commits to make every effort to prepare the order within a maximum of 48 hours, upon receipt of payment, and this during regular working days (Monday to Friday). If the order was placed on Friday night or before a public holiday, this period will be slightly delayed. VORIAGH SAS commits to notify the buyer by e-mail if there should ever be a problem in the preparation of the order and the delivery time.
The tracking number is transmitted simultaneously by two emails: a delivery confirmation from www.voriagh.com and an email from the postal service processing the order. Delivery times are 48 hours for France and 72 hours for Europe. For delivery outside the EU and DOM TOM allow about 5-7 days.
If you however have a deadline to meet or are particularly in a hurry to receive your order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org: we can offer express delivery services for a small additional cost.
VORIAGH SAS is released from its delivery obligation for all fortuitous events or force majeure. As an indication, total or partial strikes, floods, and fires are cases of force majeure. The transfer of ownership of the products delivered or to be delivered is suspended until full payment of the price by the customer.
Any complaint for non-conformity must be transmitted within one week of the date of receipt of the order.
Terms of return:
Returns are on charge of the customer: the item must not have been worn and must be returned with its label within 10 days of receipt.
Due to the small size of our company, we ask you to accept that the return costs due to a change of mind or an incorrect size choice, will not be refunded: our product page provides good fitting information and it’s always best to contact us prior to your order in case of doubt: we are happy to provide quick and free assistance.
Only the value of the returned item will be refunded. Refunds will only be made after the confirmed and verified return of the item, please do not return the package without contacting us prior to your return.
If the item is faulty or if there was a packaging error, the return costs will be at our expense and will be refunded to you, please keep the return transaction receipt, and send us the photo, scan, or digital document, by email to email@example.com
1 - Please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, as well as the reasons for your return, so that we can register your request.
2 - Complete the form inside of your parcel or inquire about another one by email and include it in your return.
3 - Self-sufficient return at the local post office or any other tracked service to the following address:

(If it's a blouse or a small piece, try putting it in a letter-type envelope with tracking)
4 - Send us an email with the tracking number (mandatory) so that we can trace your shipment.
5 - You will be refunded within 10 working days after receipt of your package.
