A beautiful men’s shirt dating (most likely) from the second half of the 19th century.
Made from soft cotton, this piece is hand-embroidered with pale pink thread along the button placket, chest pocket, and collar. It is also embroidered with the initials HG.
Its fabric, naturally yellowed with time, makes it a perfect garment for historical reenactments!
It will fit a modern size L/XL (flat bust width: 71 cm. Total length: 114 cm. Sleeve length: 62 cm).
Carefully sourced by Olivia and Vivien, this piece is unique and very old. As such, it may show signs of wear, stains, or other minor imperfections that may have escaped the keen eyes of our two designers. Please appreciate this garment as it is, bearing the charming marks of its rich past!
