Return Policy

TERMS OF RETURN

In accordance with article L 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of eight (7) business days to return, at his or her own expense, the Product(s) ordered if, for one reason or another, the Buyer is not satisfied with them. This 7-day period runs from the Product reception date.

Terms of return:

If the item does not meet the expectations and / or is faulty please send us an email to hello@voriagh.com

so that we send you the packing slip to print and stick on the parcel.

The item must not have been worn and must be returned with its label within 7 days after reception. If the item is faulty or if we packed the wrong item, the return costs will be at our expense.

Due to the modest structure of our company we kindly ask you to accept that the cost of return due to a change of opinion or an incorrectly chosen size will not be refunded. In general, it’s better to gather as much information as possible before any purchase: we are fully available for all inquiry by email or on Facebook and Instagram messenger. It’s best for yourself and the planet.

Refunds will be made after reception and validation of the item within 7 days. Please don’t rush and send it without having contacted us in order to avoid any loss. The money will be refunded on the original payment method.
